Matt Bailey is a program manager at Central Valley Health Policy Institute, having joined the organization in October of 2021. He is assigned management duties with multiple ongoing projects. Matt graduated in 1996 with a B.S. in History from Indiana University. He recently relocated from Florida to Fresno. Prior to this current position, he has worked as a truancy officer, middle school teacher, stay-at-home dad, park superintendent, and project manager. Matt highly values community service and has found volunteer opportunities at two non-profits thus far. He also loves travel and has been fortunate to travel on five continents.
