Selena Robles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University,
Fresno. She has been an integral part of the Adult Services Training Academy for the
past three years, beginning as a Technical Assistant. In this role, she demonstrated
exceptional organizational and operational skills, which quickly led to her promotion
to Training Operations Supervisor, where she was responsible for the comprehensive
oversight, supervision, and coordination of all on-site and virtual training provided
by the Academy. Selena has since advanced to the position of Trainer and Curriculum
Development Specialist. In this position, she continues to contribute her expertise
and dedication to developing and delivering high quality training, supporting the
Academy’s mission to foster professional growth and competency in adult services.
