Rosendo Iniguez completed his Bachelor of Science in Health Science at the California State University, Fresno. He received his Master of Public Health in Health Promotion at the California State University, Fresno. In August 2016, Rosendo joined Fresno State as a lecturer within the Public Health Department while also teaching classes for the College of Health and Human Services. Outside the university, Rosendo has more than 13 years in the public health field particularly in the non-profit and healthcare sectors. For over eight years, Rosendo led statewide tobacco control efforts aimed to addressing tobacco-related disparities among California Latino communities. Rosendo also spent more than five years providing direct education focused on diabetes prevention and management as well as medical weight loss.
