Dr. Jadhav is a public health researcher and educator. Prior to that, he was a practising
family physician in his native India. This allowed Dr. Jadhav to understand the management
of disease using primary as well as secondary prevention. Envionmental and occupational
health issuies have been repidly incresing in the world. Dr. Jadhav addresses these
issuies and also focuses on interventions in his class and through his research.
Dr. Jadhav is an expert of occupational and enviornmental health research. His doctoral
dissertation was focused on the risk factors for agricultural injury in the central
United States. Population-based research is his forte. Dr. Jadhav is also interested
in additional research avenues including multidisplinary research, and general public
health and medical research.
