Donna M. Lutz holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in criminology,
and a second master’s degree in social work from Fresno State University. With sixteen
years of experience in public child welfare, she has served as a social worker, supervisor,
and program manager. Donna’s journey with the center began in 2019, and she currently
provides management and direction for the Central Academy program, which includes
workforce development efforts, capacity building, and support for the 12 counties
served in the region.
