Hearing Evaluation

The Audiology Clinic functions as an integral part of the Speech-Language and Hearing Clinic and provides hearing evaluations to those who wish to have one. Evaluations are 2 hour-long evaluations to test hearing and determine if there is a hearing loss and the type and severity of the loss. If interested in receiving a hearing evaluation, please see our Application Process and Forms page to find a case history form that you will need to fill out and submit. After receiving the case history form one of our staff members will contact you to confirm receipt and schedule you for an appointment if slots are available. Please keep in mind that there are only a number of limited evaluations offered during the Fall and Spring semesters and that they are available on a first come, first serve basis. Hearing evaluations are not offered during the summer session.
