Dustin Hedrick is a Research Analyst with the Central Valley Health Policy Institute (CVHPI). Dustin graduated from California State University, Fresno in 2021 with a BA in Communicative Disorders and a Master of Public Health in 2025. Dustin is a research fellow with the Project Rebound Research Lab, where he worked to document the social determinants of health needs and barriers in formerly incarcerated individuals, and the relationship between those needs and flourishing after incarceration. Dustin hopes to be admitted to a JD/PhD program to close gaps between policy and outcomes in historically marginalized communities.
