Kiana Crisosto

While a second year student in Fresno State’s General-Experimental Psychology Master’s Program, Kiana interned with the Central Valley Health Policy Institute (CVHPI) during Fall 2023 and was on-boarded as a Research Assistant during Spring 2024. Tasked with working as part of the Housing Equity Project team, Kiana provides research and data analytic support to improve housing prioritization efforts within Fresno and Madera counties. Kiana’s experience with CVHPI has inspired them to pursue data analytics full time in the public health or government sector once they complete their master’s degree in May 2024. As a Central Valley native, Kiana spends her free time trying new recipes, with family, and rewatching old sitcoms.
