Kesia Garibay is a Recruitment and Retention Specialist (RRS) under the Engaging Mothers and Babies, Reimagining Antenatal Care for Everyone (EMBRACE) study at the Central Valley Health Policy Institute (CVHPI). She works alongside an amazing team recruiting mothers to compare the outcomes of receiving an enhanced model of group and individual prenatal care. Kesia received her BA and MS in Public Health from the University of California, Merced (UC Merced). As a Ph.D. Candidate at UC Merced, Kesia strives to conduct research with local community-based organizations to bring awareness to health disparities in the Central Valley.
