Juner Mendoza is a research analyst at Central Valley Health Policy Institute (CVHPI). Juner graduated in 2014 with a B.S. in Biology with an emphasis in Anatomy and Physiology from California State University, Fresno. During his undergraduate studies, he was able to gain research experience in behavioral analysis and neurobiology. In 2016, Juner joined CVHPI as an intern and then a research assistant from 2017-2019. Juner has contributed numerous efforts in health policy research and has engaged with neighborhoods and communities in Fresno County. In addition to health policy research, he volunteers in free health clinics in the Valley and aspires to become a physician to improve the lives of residents in the Central Valley.

Juner was born and raised in Fresno, California, and grew up in the Central Valley. He loves his family, their faith, their dog, and improving the lives of residents in the Central Valley.
