Mr. Rufi Alday, Broker Associate, PT, ATC
Meet our distinguished alumni and CHHS 2025 hero recipient, Mr. Rufi Alday! Class of 1990. Alday's career achievements and highlights include being a Dean's medal award winner for the Physical Therapy Department, Class of 1990. He is the co-author of ankle brace study; Journal of Physical Therapy, December 1990. Alday was also selected as the US Olympic Committee Medical Staff for the 1996 summer olympics held in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Alday's best advice for a new PT graduate going into practice is mindset. Mindset is everything! Commit to infinite learning, be grateful, and give back to Fresno State! Mr. Alday also has a niche for real estate. His business The Rufi Alday Real Estate Group incorporates a unique team of realtors with extensive medical backgrounds in sports medicine and geriatric memory care who assist their clients in building their long term wealth management portfolios with real estate to adapt to the future needs of our aging population. He has relocated many Fresno State alumni and their families both locally and nationally.
