Fall 2025 DPT Application Instructions and Timeline

Cal State Apply Graduate Online Application

**Only required if you are offered an interview**

There is an additional $75 application fee.  Statement of Purpose, References, and course grades will be verified through PTCAS.  All communication with applicants will be through PTCAS.  Cal State Apply Graduate Applications will be reviewed in December/January and are only required if you are offered an interview.

RE-APPLICANTS: Complete Steps 1 and 2 from above & Re-Applicant Questions through PTCAS

Deadline: October 1, 2024, through PTCAS

Fill out the supplemental questions on the PTCAS Program Page for reapplicants.  Please include a list of any ‘new’ documents, course grades, etc. you wish the committee to consider. All documents in your application file can be brought into your new application file or you can re-submit documents. Previous applicants are required to re-apply through PTCAS (see “Re-Applying to PTCAS” link on PTCAS login page for instructions and conditions).  Repeat applicants to Fresno State are not required to submit references or any materials unless you wish to submit new additional documents such as experience, letters or coursework.
