Student Affairs 

The mission of the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at California State University, Fresno is to connect all students to their full potential. Our divisional mission supports the overarching Fresno State mission to "empower students for success through a transformative education rooted in active service with diverse communities" by implementing the experiential learning model, helping students to expand their perspectives and to prepare holistically for individual, interpersonal, career, and societal success. 

Services for Students with Disabilities 

Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) provides reasonable accommodations, auxiliary aids and services to students with disabilities, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and other applicable federal and state laws. SSD works collaboratively with students and the campus community to provide an inclusive and equitable educational environment for all students. 

Student Health and Psychological Services Center

The Fresno State Student Health and Psychological Services Center offers a variety of medical and counseling services including medical appointments, physical therapy services, individual and group counseling, dermatology, x-ray and pharmacy services. The mission of the Student Health and Psychological Services Center (SHPSC) is to promote the academic and personal success of Fresno State students by encouraging the maintenance of healthy lifestyles and providing affordable and accessible health and psychological care.
